I have a lot of thoughts about the Twitter situation, but nothing that treads any new ground. “Starting over” on Mastodon (an experiment for the moment) is a bit more interesting though. I’ve made a concious effort to not follow any overly political accounts - that includes political reporters, politicians, activists - and it has been refreshing in a way I could not have imagined.
