There is no better piano jazz group to recently break onto the jazz scene than The Bad Plus. Do yourself a favor and buy one of their albums. The latest, Give, just came out and it’s amazing. These Are the Vistas, their first album, has literally not left the CD player in my Jeep in weeks. Incredible music. Run, don’t walk, to a quality music store near you and buy their tunes.
